• All custom orders will be completed within 10-15 business days from the date of payment confirmation.
• I do not work on weekends, as this is dedicated family time. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
• If an unexpected delay arises, I will communicate with you promptly to ensure you are updated on your order’s status.
