Refund Policy

Please review our refund policy below:
1. Custom Items:
• All custom items are final sale and are non-refundable unless there is an error on my part (e.g., incorrect spelling, sizing, or design that does not match the approved proof).
• Custom items go through an approval process prior to production. It is the customer’s responsibility to carefully review all details during approval. I am not responsible for errors made by the customer (e.g., incorrect information provided).
2. Non-Custom Items:
• Items that are not custom-made are eligible for a full refund if they are returned in unworn, unwashed condition with original tags attached within 10 business days of delivery.
• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once the item is inspected and approved.
3. Return Shipping:
• The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on my part.
• Please ensure the item is securely packaged to avoid damage during transit.
4. Exclusions and Refusals:
• Items that show signs of wear, washing, or damage are not eligible for a refund.
• We reserve the right to refuse a refund in certain cases, including but not limited to items returned outside of the eligible return window or items that do not meet our refund criteria.
